Welcome to Wonton Bears.
These terms apply when you use wontonbears.com or buy something from us. By placing an order, you agree to these terms together with our Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.
Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform we use to sell our bears.
Orders
When you place an order, please make sure the information you provide is accurate so we can process and deliver it properly.
We may need to decline or cancel an order before it is dispatched if, for example, an item is unavailable, there has been an obvious pricing or listing error, we suspect fraud or misuse, or we are unable to deliver to the address provided.
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the amount paid.
Prices and availability
Prices and availability may change from time to time.
We do our best to make sure the information, photographs and colours shown on the website are accurate, but screens can display colours differently and there may occasionally be mistakes.
If we discover a significant error affecting an order you have placed, we will contact you and work out the appropriate next step with you.
Shipping
Available shipping destinations, costs and estimated delivery times are shown on our website or at checkout.
Delivery estimates are estimates rather than guarantees. Once an order is on its way, delivery can sometimes be affected by circumstances outside our control.
If something goes wrong with your delivery, please contact us and we'll do what we reasonably can to help.

Things you share with us
If you send us an idea, artwork, story, photograph or anything else you've made, it remains yours.
Sending something to us does not transfer ownership to us or give us permission to publish or commercially use it unless we agree otherwise with you.
